Prices:
Off-Season: November 1st to May 15th – €900/month
Mid-Season: May 16th to June 30th and September 1st to October 31st – €900/week
High Season: July and August – €1200/week
*All prices include Heat/AC, electricity, water, and internet service.
• If you book for the Mid or High Season by December 1, I offer you 15% off your rental.
Booking deposit terms: Half of the total amount of the reservation is paid upon booking and it is non-refundable. The other half is paid 30 days before your arrival.
